Vetta vs. Ninety, side by side
| Ninety | Vetta |
|---|---|
| Per user. Free $0, Essentials $12, Accelerate $14 or Thrive $16 a month for each user; one plan for the whole company; Observers (view-only) are free; no minimum seats | Per company. $299, $399 or $499 a month for up to 25, 75 or 200 members; read-only viewers are free |
| A 30-day trial. Thrive free for 30 days with no card or contract, then the Free plan if you don't upgrade; 50% off for 501(c)(3) nonprofits, on application | Early access. An 8-company founding cohort, chosen by a short application: free through launch (targeting Q4 2026), then $199 a month flat for 24 months |
| Built for EOS. A multi-year license agreement with EOS Worldwide, announced March 28, 2023; its FAQ also names other systems it partners with, such as Empire, Fireproof and Pinnacle | Independent. No EOS license and no EOS vocabulary; goals in three plain modes — simple goals, goals & milestones, or OKRs — under whatever system you run, or none |
| The EOS toolbox. The V/TO and Accountability Chart even on the Free plan; the People Analyzer from Accelerate; Knowledge Portal editing, process documentation and custom assessments on Thrive | The weekly layer only. Goals, a 13-week scorecard, issues and tasks; no V/TO, Accountability Chart or People Analyzer |
| Meetings by plan. L10® Meetings, Rocks, Scorecard, Issues and To-Dos from Essentials; custom meetings and quarterly and annual meetings from Accelerate | One meeting, run live. The Weekly Review: six timed stages, owners calling their own status, private ratings the facilitator reveals, and a recap emailed to the team |
| Mobile and integrations. A mobile app from Essentials; Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Todoist and Zapier integrations on paid plans; API access on Thrive | Web only. Works in a phone browser, with no app to install; Google or Microsoft sign-in; no integrations or API yet |
| An AI assistant. Ninety has an AI assistant, Maz | No AI assistant. An optional AI feature, Sharpen, suggests clearer wording for a goal; the facilitator's private panel in the meeting runs on rules, not AI |
| Ten years in market. Ninety marked ten years in an August 25, 2026 release, with nearly 19,000 companies in more than 80 countries by its own count | Pre-launch. Bootstrapped, with a direct line to Nick, the founder |

Ninety bills per user, so what it costs depends on how many people need a paid license.EOS software pricing compared puts Ninety next to the other EOS tools and Vetta, at 10, 50 and 150 people.
Where Ninety wins
- The whole EOS toolbox in one place. The V/TO, Accountability Chart, People Analyzer, assessments, a knowledge portal, and quarterly and annual meetings all sit next to the weekly L10. Of that list, Vetta has only a weekly meeting.
- Licensed, and by the book. Ninety runs EOS under its license agreement with EOS Worldwide and uses the EOS vocabulary as written: Rocks, the L10, IDS®. Vetta has no license and uses plain words instead.
- Cheaper for a small leadership team. Ten users on Essentials cost $120 a month at October 2026 list prices, against $299 for Vetta's smallest plan, or $199 at the founding rate. People who only need to look can be free Observers, and the Free plan includes the V/TO and Accountability Chart, though it can't create Rocks, To-Dos or Issues.
- More built in. A mobile app, integrations, an API and an AI assistant (Maz). Vetta works in a phone browser and has no integrations, API or AI assistant.
- Ten years in market. Ninety has a decade of product behind it. Vetta hasn't launched yet.
Where Vetta fits
- The rhythm without the vocabulary. Nobody has to learn what a Rock or an L10 is. Goals are goals (simple goals, goals & milestones, or OKRs), numbers live on a scorecard, and problems go on an issues list.
- Everyone in, at one price. Vetta's price steps with company size, not with each user: sixty users on Ninety Essentials cost $720 a month at October 2026 list prices, while Vetta's $399 plan covers up to 75 members. If most of your people only need to look, Ninety's free Observers narrow that gap.
- The meeting is the product. Each team runs its own Weekly Review (up to three teams on the $299 plan, unlimited above it): a live, multiplayer meeting built from your goals, scorecard, tasks and issues, in six timed stages. Owners call their own status, ratings stay private until the facilitator reveals them, and the recap is emailed to the team when it ends; you can also download it as Markdown, Word or PDF.
- A founding rate, and a founder. Eight companies, chosen by a short application, use Vetta free through launch (we're targeting Q4 2026), then pay $199 a month flat for their first 24 months, whatever their size. (844) MT‑CLIMB reaches Nick, the founder.
- What it doesn't do. No V/TO, Accountability Chart or People Analyzer, no mobile app and no integrations; if you need those, Ninety is the better fit. Vetta also has no import tool, and no tools for the Quarterly Conversation™ or the Same Page Meeting®; it runs one kind of meeting, each team's Weekly Review.
Choose Ninety if you run EOS by the book, want the V/TO, Accountability Chart and People Analyzer in the same tool as your meetings, or need a mobile app and integrations today. Choose Vetta if the weekly meeting is the part you care about, you want it in plain language, and you want every team in it at one price.
How do you switch from Ninety to Vetta?
There's no import tool. You re-enter this quarter's goals and scorecard — usually about an hour — and leave your history where it is. Here's how the pieces map:
- Rocks become goals. Goals & milestones is the closest mode: one owner per goal, with milestones that show progress.
- The Scorecard becomes Vetta's scorecard. Each number gets one owner and a target, is entered by its owner, and keeps a 13-week trail, marked on or off target.
- Issues and To-Dos become issues and tasks. Issues are named, discussed and solved, top three first; solving one creates a task with an owner, on that person's list for the week.
- The L10 becomes the Weekly Review. Wins and headlines, scorecard, goals, tasks, issues and a wrap-up, each on its own timer.
- The V/TO and Accountability Chart stay where they are. Keep them in a shared document, or on Ninety's Free plan, which includes both.
- Your implementer or coach can come too. They join your workspace on a free seat — read-only today; a fuller guide seat is in design.
You don't need to wait for a new quarter: start with the goals you have.
Other Ninety.io alternatives
Vetta isn't the only option. As of October 2026:
- Bloom Growth. Flat monthly pricing with unlimited users: Core $299, Scale $499 or Flourish $999 a month. Formerly Traction Tools™, licensed EOS software from 2013 to 2022; it now sells its own Bloom Growth OS. Read Vetta vs. Bloom Growth, or Ninety vs. Bloom Growth.
- EOS One. EOS Worldwide's own EOS software, now operated by Atlas UP, Inc. according to its terms. The first user is free, then $10 per user a month on one plan, and view-only observers are free.
- Strety. About $13 per user a month, billed monthly, with the average rate dropping as you add people; a free Observer role, and up to two free Coach seats for implementers and coaches. Strety says it is officially licensed by EOS Worldwide.
- Success.co. Another EOS tool: a free plan, then per-user pricing.
- A spreadsheet. Free, and fine for a small, disciplined team, but it won't run the meeting for you. Read Vetta vs. spreadsheets.

Common questions
Is there a Ninety alternative without per-user pricing?
Yes. Vetta charges one flat price per company — $299, $399 or $499 a month for up to 25, 75 or 200 members — and read-only viewers are free. Bloom Growth is flat-priced too, with unlimited users from $299 a month. Ninety charges $0 to $16 per user a month, depending on the plan. Prices as of October 2026.
Can we import our data from Ninety?
Not automatically: Vetta has no import tool. Switching means re-entering this quarter's goals and scorecard — usually about an hour — and leaving your history where it is.
Does Vetta have a V/TO, Accountability Chart or People Analyzer?
No. Vetta covers the weekly layer: goals, a 13-week scorecard, issues, tasks and the live Weekly Review. If those EOS tools are central to how you run, keep them in a document, or choose a tool built for the full EOS toolbox.
Can we keep calling our goals Rocks?
Out loud, yes. In the app, goals are goals: choose simple goals, goals & milestones, or OKRs. Goals & milestones is the closest match to Rocks.
Is Vetta affiliated with Ninety or EOS Worldwide?
No. Vetta is an independent product with no relationship to Ninety, and it isn't licensed by, affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide.
