| Track record. Licensed EOS software as Traction Tools from 2013 to 2022; 4,600+ organizations, by Bloom's count | Pre-launch. An 8-company founding cohort, free through launch (targeting Q4 2026), then $199 a month flat for 24 months |

Is Bloom Growth the same as Traction Tools?
Yes: same company, new name. Traction Tools was licensed EOS software from 2013. In a September 28, 2022 letter to its community, it wrote that "EOS® Worldwide chose to end our licensing agreement as they build their own EOS software." It announced the Bloom Growth name on October 3, 2022, and from November 1 it could no longer use EOS terminology or the Traction Tools name.
As of October 2026, Bloom sells its own operating system, the Bloom Growth OS, and its homepage doesn't mention EOS. EOS Worldwide now lists Traction Tools among its own trademarks.
Where Bloom Growth wins
Bloom is ahead on each of these, going by its own pages as of October 2026:
- Unlimited users at a flat price. Core is $299 a month with no user limit. Vetta's $299 plan covers up to 25 members, and its largest plan covers 200 for $499. Up to 25 people the two cost the same; above 25, Bloom costs less at list price.
- Coaching, if you want it. A coach add-on from $2,500 a month on any plan, and advisor-led or white-glove onboarding on Scale and Flourish. Vetta has no coaching program.
- AI in the meeting. A transcriber, recaps and an AI summary on every plan, plus AI meeting prep and pattern detection on Scale and Flourish. Vetta's recap is automatic, but nothing transcribes the meeting.
- Integrations and an API. API access on every plan, plus Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace calendar and email from Scale, and chat and collaboration on Flourish. Vetta has no integrations yet. Sign-in isn't a difference: both let you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
- More than the weekly layer. Strategic sessions, a growth plan and an accountability chart come with every plan. Vetta runs the week and stops there.
- Your own words, on Flourish. Flourish makes terminology fully customizable; Core and Scale are template-based. Vetta has no setting to rename its words.
- Maturity. More than a decade of history, back to its 2013 license as Traction Tools, and 4,600+ organizations by its own count. Vetta hasn't launched yet.
Where Vetta fits
- Plain-language goals, three ways. Pick simple goals, goals & milestones, or OKRs. There's no EOS jargon to learn, and no house vocabulary in its place.
- The meeting is the product. Each team runs its own live Weekly Review (up to three teams on the $299 plan, unlimited above it): six stages, each with a timer, built from your goals, scorecard, tasks and issues. Owners call their own status, everyone rates the meeting privately until the facilitator reveals the scores, and a recap goes to the team by email when it ends.
- A founding rate, and a founder. Eight companies, chosen by a short application, use Vetta free through launch (we're targeting Q4 2026), then pay $199 a month flat for their first 24 months, whatever their size, before moving to the published rate. (844) MT‑CLIMB reaches Nick, the founder.
- No ecosystem to buy into. Bloom describes itself as a full growth ecosystem, with its own OS and optional coaching. If you already run a system — EOS, OKRs or your own — or don't want one, Vetta is just the weekly machinery.
- What it doesn't do. No strategic plan, org chart, transcription, integrations, import tool or coaching. If you need those in one product, Bloom Growth is the better fit.
Choose Bloom Growth if price above 25 people, coaching, AI meeting notes or integrations decide it. Choose Vetta if the weekly meeting decides it — and you'd rather not adopt a new operating system to get one.
Common questions
Is Bloom Growth cheaper than Vetta?
Above 25 people, yes, at list price. Bloom Core is $299 a month with unlimited users. Vetta is also $299 a month for up to 25 members, then $399 for up to 75 and $499 for up to 200; read-only viewers are free. Vetta's founding companies pay $199 a month flat for their first 24 months. Prices as of October 2026.
Can we move from Bloom Growth to Vetta?
Yes, by re-entering this quarter's goals and scorecard — usually about an hour; there's no import tool. Your history can stay where it is.
Does Vetta have coaching like Bloom Growth?
No. Vetta has no coaching program. If you work with an implementer or coach, they can join your workspace on a free, read-only seat; a fuller guide seat is in design.
Does Vetta work if we run EOS?
Yes, as the weekly layer: goals, a 13-week scorecard, issues, tasks and a live Weekly Review, in plain language. Vetta has no V/TO® or Accountability Chart®, and it isn't licensed by, affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide.
