If you're an EOS Implementer®, a business coach or a fractional COO, you already have a method. What's hard is everything between sessions: knowing whether each client actually ran the week. That's the EOS Implementer software we want to build — with a few of you, before we build it for everyone.
Vetta is independent: it isn't licensed by, affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide, and it doesn't teach a method. It's the weekly layer a client runs between your sessions — goals, a 13-week scorecard, issues, tasks and a live Weekly Review — under EOS®, Scaling Up or a system of your own.
What do EOS Implementers and coaches get from Vetta today?
- A free seat in each client's workspace — read-only today. You can see a client's goals, scorecard, issues, tasks and Weekly Review recaps, and sit in on their live review as an observer. Viewer seats don't count toward a client's member limit, so yours never adds a line to their bill.
- One login across clients. Each client invites you as a viewer, and you switch between their workspaces from one menu.
- The same weekly machinery at every client. Six stages — wins & headlines, scorecard, goals, tasks, issues, wrap-up — with per-stage timers, owners calling their own status, private ratings the facilitator reveals, and a recap emailed to the team automatically.
- Plain language your method sits on top of. Each client picks simple goals, goals & milestones, or OKRs. Vetta doesn't use EOS terms — where your client says Rocks and L10®, Vetta says goals and Weekly Review — so the vocabulary stays yours to teach.
- A direct line to Nick. Vetta's founder, Nick Bertolino, answers (844) MT‑CLIMB and nick@vetta.team.
What's in design, and not available yet
Two pieces are on the drawing board. Neither is in the product today, and we'd rather shape both with the people who'll use them than guess.
- The guide seat · in designA seat for the outside advisor that can do more than watch. What a guide should be able to do in a client's live review is the first question we want design partners to answer.
- The Guide Console · in designOne screen across every client: who skipped the week, whose scorecard slipped, which issue has survived four meetings. Concept only; not in the product.
What we're asking of design partners
A 30-minute call with Nick
How you run client rhythms today, where the weeks between sessions go wrong, and what you'd want from a seat inside each client.
Early looks at the designs
Concept designs for the guide seat and the Guide Console before they're built, while your feedback can still change them.
A real client, if one wants to
If a client of yours wants to try Vetta, it pays Vetta directly at its own flat company price — or, if it's selected for the eight-company founding cohort, nothing until launch and then $199 a month for 24 months.
Nothing else
No contract, no fees in either direction, and no obligation to recommend Vetta to anyone.
Does Vetta work with EOS, Scaling Up or my own system?
As the weekly layer, yes. Vetta has none of either system's strategy or people tools — no V/TO®, Accountability Chart®, People Analyzer®, Quarterly Conversations™, Same Page Meetings®, One-Page Strategic Plan or daily huddle. It runs the weekly meeting, scorecard, goals, issues and tasks those systems depend on, in plain language.
A client running EOS keeps its V/TO wherever it lives today — a doc, a binder, another tool — and runs the week in Vetta. If a client is still choosing a system, here's how EOS and Scaling Up compare, from each side's own sources.
What this isn't
Not licensed, certified or endorsed by EOS Worldwide. Vetta is an independent product, and we'll never present it as anything else.
Not a referral program. No fees, no tiers, no referral contracts — deliberately. Clients pay Vetta directly; Vetta pays you nothing and charges you nothing.
Not a replacement for your sessions. Vetta holds the week between them. The judgement, the facilitation and the hard conversations stay yours.
Not your only option. If you need a working coach seat or the full EOS toolset this quarter, licensed EOS software already has them. Strety, for example, lists a non-billable Coach role for implementers and coaches, up to two per account. EOS software pricing compared covers the other options.

Running the operator seat instead?
If you're a fractional COO running the rhythm yourself rather than teaching a method, the fractional COO's client rhythm is written for you: what to standardise across clients, the 30-day install, and a free client rhythm pack.
This is an invitation, not a case study. Vetta is pre-launch; when design partners have run real clients on the guide side, we'll publish what happened — with their names, and only with their permission.
