The weekly review agenda pack

The 90-minute meeting from our weekly review guide, as a spreadsheet you can run this Tuesday — timed segments, a running issues list, and a log of your team's own rating of every meeting.

Grab it in whichever format your team lives in. No email required — just take it.

Four tabs · timed 90-minute agenda, compressible to 60 · running issues list · meeting-rating log with running average

Most weekly leadership meetings fail for a boring reason: no structure, so the loudest issue eats the hour and the scorecard never gets read. The fix isn't more discipline — it's an agenda where every segment has a clock, everything off-track routes to one list, and that list gets worked top-down. This pack is that agenda, ready to run.

How it works

1

Set your day, time, and length

Three yellow cells. Segment start times cascade automatically from your start time — change any segment's minutes and everything downstream reflows, with a check row that flags drift.

2

Run the six segments in order

Wins & headlines, scorecard, goals review, to-dos, issues, wrap-up — the exact structure from the weekly review guide. The ground rule is baked into the sheet: nothing gets solved outside the issues segment.

3

Capture issues all week long

The Issues List tab is where off-track numbers, at-risk goals, and mid-week surprises land as they happen — with a live count of what's open. Rank the list before the meeting.

4

Resolve top-down, leave with owners

The review works the ranked list from the top and won't get to everything — that's the point. Each issue leaves with a decision, an owner, and a date, logged in the sheet.

5

Rate every meeting, 1–10

Each person scores the meeting out loud at wrap-up. The Meeting Log tab averages the room and keeps a running average — the single best health metric for your operating rhythm.

The doctrine baked in

The agenda solves nothing early

Scorecard and goals segments only route problems to the issues list. Solving waits its turn — that's what keeps ten minutes ten minutes.

Everything off-track becomes an issue

One list, ranked, worked top-down. Not three side conversations and a follow-up meeting.

Under 8 is an issue

A meeting the team rates below 8 goes on next week's issues list by name. The rhythm audits itself.

Running EOS®? This is the same meeting your team knows as the Level 10: wins & headlines is the Segue, goals review is the Rock review, the issues segment is IDS, wrap-up is the Conclude. The pack is doctrine-free on purpose — same structure, your language. (New to the term? See what a Level 10 Meeting is.) And if your scorecard segment has nothing to read yet, the scorecard starter pack fills it in an afternoon.

The agenda is paper. The live review is the product.

Vetta runs this exact meeting as a live, multiplayer weekly review — agenda, scorecard, goals, and issues in one system, with the rating built in.
